Hi Michael! I'm new to Gainesville, and just got Maura to put me on the waiting list for McCrorie. I'm looking forward to some early morning gardening there this summer, even though it will be too hot to plant much by the time I get it. I'm thinking maybe I'll start some seeds here to put out when I finally get there. Okra, maybe some peppers, or maybe I'll just buy some starter plants from Lowe's. Really looking forward to fall gardening. Hope to meet you there!

Hey, Deborah! Try going to Ward's or Alachua Feed and Seed on 23rd. They also have sprouts at the Farmer's Market in Haile Village on Sundays and at Bo Diddly Square downtown on Wednesdays. Farmer John has the best sprouts. Ask for him! Wards has seeds, too. Ask some people in the garden. They have heirloom seeds and love to give. All the best, please invite your friends to Zoobird.
