Wheatgrass

What's all this I hear about wheatgrass? A shot of the green stuff costs nearly as much as a shot of MacAllan. And, unlike Macallan, I hear urban rumors that it has enough nutrients in it to live on. Apparently, people grow it and juice it themselves. What is the story?
