Carrot juice goes naturally well with orange juice.
You can use the leftover carrot pulp to make a delicious soup. I found this recipe on the grocery store bulk carrot wrapper, but I tore it before I read it, so this is the abridged version:
Carrot Pulp
Celery Stalk or 2
An Onion
1/4 cup Oil
3 14 oz cans vegetable or chicken broth
juice of an orange
2 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
1 cup heavy cream
Saute' carrots, onion and celery in oil. Then add the rest of the ingredients.
Voila'! Looks like a good use of the leftover carrot pulp from the juicer.
Gotta run...I need some ginger and celery to make this soup...
Any suggestions or similar recipes?

UPDATE ::: I made the soup. It's good. I am truly not sure that there was value add to the carrot pulp because I added 15 carrot stalks. So, it was not a scientific experiment in that there were two variables. Next time, I'll try making soup from just the pulp. But, it's delicious!
