Dangerously organic!
The ancient traders had it right: just a little spice and everything tastes different. That's the reason they worked so hard on the spice route...
Just a little curry and you've got Indian. A little basil and chili pepper with fish sauce and you've got Thai. A pinch or oregano and there you have it: Italian.
So far, we've experimented with the peppers grown in the McRorie garden and thrown in a sprig of basil and rosemary. Even the spices taste different coming from an organic garden.
