Lomilomi

I just experienced Lomilomi, a Hawaiian name for a sort of semi deep tissue body massage. Carla Van Aarnum of Haile Village Bodywork is the practitioner. Carla used an oil infused with tangerine. The Lomi Lomi experience was wonderful.

Carla tells me the person she learned Lomilomi from is based in Jacksonville, FL.

I am hoping to go to Jacksonville and try the teacher's prowess at some point.
