March and picket lines re meal limit

Dear friends,

James Chamberlain of the St. Vincent de Paul Society, is in charge of the upcoming march, rally, and picket lines against the 130-person limit at the St. Francis House Soup Kitchen, an event which is still in the planning stages. His efforts have been endorsed by Kent Vann, the executive director of St. Francis House, by Michael Stoops of the National Coalition for the Homeless, and also have received the blessings of Bishop Galeone of our diocese, who stated that it is horrible that the city imposes such a limit.
