Wind Powered Electricity at a big rest stop called Okahumpka in Florida!

I noticed a windmill at Okahumpka while driving down to Winter Park from Gainesville. I'll snap a photo on the way back up, but HOORAY! That's what I'm talkin' about.

Anybody know anything about it?
