I'm putting this discussion up mainly for me because I have never seen a bike like this before, right down to the hemp on the handlebars. This is purty amazing to a simple guy from the south like myself:

Fork: reynolds ouzo pro carbon, integrated
Drivetrain: dura-ace square taper bottom bracket, shimano 105 hollowtech fc-5502 172.5mm (53t and 39t chainrings)
Petals: mks touring
Headset: cane creek zero-stack
Stem: thomson elite sm-e103 5x120x25.4
Seatpost: nitto crystal fellow
Saddle: brooks b.17 honey-brown (picture shows black mtb saddle, your choice)
Brakes: campagnolo veloce
Levers: shimano tiagra
Handlebar: nitto b105, white french cloth tape, hemp twined end, amber shellac"
