Dangerously organic!
A gentleman from Latvia made this birdhouse from plywood. He used hand tools to cut the pine. If you look closely, you'll see many subtle, elegant old world touches, like the gently rounded corners. He used a cork block and sandpaper to polish the rough edges after cutting. And, he took outdoor paint to give the exterior a protective coat. Martins, sparrows and finches would like this little gem of a nest. Do you know someone who makes birdhouses? Do you make them yourself? Houses like this and feeders are easy ways to attract our fine feathered friends to the neighborhood to enjoy.
