The last time Zoobird member
Ron Chandler and I talked, he was about to make some Mango Jalapeno Salsa. Near as I can remember, he said to just take a couple of mangos and dice them, add a little jalapeno, add some chopped cilantro, some lime juice and a bit of cardamom. We have nearly all of the ingredients growing naturally at McRorie Community Garden! Have you got a variation on this salsa you can share? Inquiring minds would love to know...
