How to Make Kombucha

These "Instructables" videos are great! No muss, no fuss. I wish I'd seen them to begin with, but it's really so much fun discovering how-to yourself, the way I went has been fine.

I've put several blog posts on my page and a couple of posts in the Camillia Sinensis group about Kombucha making, but these two videos really tell the whole story, in my opinion.


Here's part 2 of the Instructables. Notice Tim says if there's mold, you're done. As in, no good. I was so worried that my Kombucha was moldy. In fact, I still think it looks suspicious. But, I had a couple of big glasses of it yesterday and here I am, alive to tell the tale.

Loads of fun and satisfying because it's something you do yourself. In my opinion, there's nothing better than making stuff yourself. Enjoy!
