My friend Jim Baker sent this recipe:
"Another drink i recently have been fascinated with is hot chocolate, made with 60% cacao chocolate chips from Ghiradelli (available at Costco). the key is to use plain soy milk, creates a more luscious drink. Prior to melting the chocolate with the (soy) milk, mix in ground ancho chile peppers, or something like that. Add sea salt flakes to complete (or use kosher salt in a pinch)"
Wow, the ancho chili chocolate combination is probably unbelievably good,..I am headed to Costco!
