A controversial YouTube video about high fructose corn syrup prompted one viewer to comment that some tea is fluoridated. Huge controversies exist about whether fluoride is healthy. But, one thing is for sure: if we grow our own tea, we can control what's in it. And, not only is that organically healthy, but it's relaxing and enjoyable to grow your own.
