Morning Muffins w/ strawberry-orange butter

I made these with bananas, sunflower & flax seeds, walnuts, blueberries and applesauce. I used whole wheat flour, rolled oats, egg replacer and almond milk.
For the butter spread I mixed Earth Balance with fresh strawberries and the juice and zest of one orange.
