Ooooh, now I am really curious. Cactus - tell me more. Is this the cactus that you sometimes find in Mexican food stores? The photo above was taken at El Michoachan, a Mexican grocery in the Houston Heights (Texas). I'll be there Friday! If you have a favorite recipe, please post it.
