Welcome to Zoobird, Abeba! I can't wait to try roasting my coffee. I'll be in touch Monday. Best meal I've had in Orlando...My goal now is to spread the word about your fine, healthy food. Thanks for the cooking tips. I don't think I'll be a threat to business, but it *is* a bit of a drive to Nile Restaurant, so I have to eat something. Meanwhile, I'm sure I'll appreciate eating proper Ethiopian food when I am lucky enough to be able to visit Nile.
