Solar Energy Education: Wildcat Creek Educational Center, Inc.
Why teach solar energy to our young people? The volatile market pricing and limited supply of fossil fuels will continue to have a negative impact on the world’s economy. Thanks for the wonderful photos of your Mushroom Foray, William. I am so glad it was a success. What were the names and uses of some of the mushrooms the group found? How about the group: what were the backgrounds of some of the people? This would make a great blog post here on Zoobird! I could ask dozens of questions and I bet you can answer many of them by just free associating on your blog post. I just told someone about Hostel in the Forest today and it's cool that simultaneously you posted photos of Wildcat Creek Education Center's Mushroom Foray. Life is good. Hope the same for you. See you soon, my friend. All the best, Michael Levin
Hi Bill, The Fungi Foray looks great! Thanks for letting me (Zoobird) know about it. I posted it as an event here. You can post events yourself in the future, so feel free! There's a little "Add Event" button on the Events page that looks like the one below.
Glad to have met you at the Hostel in the Forest, and even more glad to have you and your friends as members of the Zoobird community. That's what Zoobird is all about: people like you and your friends who are totally committed to living a sustainable lifestyle. I'd love it if you'd blog some thoughts and join some groups here, participate in and create discussions, and upload some (or link to) photos and videos.
I'm very excited to have met you and to find out about Wildcat Creek Educational Center. Wow! I hope Philip and Laura also join Zoobird. Maybe you could encourage them (and others ;-)
All the best,
Michael
William, I had a bit of trouble getting that link to your website to work - is this it: http://www.wildcatcreekeducationalcenter.org/ ? I did a Google search and saw this one with a dot org suffix. Best, Michael
Hi William and welcome to Zoobird! Nice meeting you this weekend in one of the best possible settings, the Hostel in the Forest. Man, what a great time that was! I hope you join some groups here at Zoobird and make use of your blog. All the best, Michael
