Got Grouper?

This month's issue of my fav, Hogtown Homegrown has a Grouper recipe. I like Grouper. It's expensive because they live in deep water. There's a local restaurant called Mexico Lindo that serves a Grouper Palapa that's delicious and cheaper than you can buy it and cook yourself. Plus, the atmosphere is nice.
