Krishna published this video on Fukuoka Farming mailing list. Masanobu Fukuoka believed in non-tillage farming. His approach let the plants themselves control weeds and produce natural fertilizer. In this way, the soil does not need to be tilled by the farmer. Rather, it takes care of itself because of the way the farmer plants particular plants. Krishna's video describes his implementation of the Fukuoka Method. 

Masanobu Fukuoka published a book describing his farming method called "The One Straw Revolution".
