- Single mom of TEENAGE BOYS!!!! LOVE to bake and cook. One thing I really want to do before I leave this earth is to visit all of my favorite countries and see, touch and taste the different foods from each. I am an avid reader. I own my own organic bakery and can't think of ever doing anything else for the rest of my life. I support locally grown producers and those of like-mindedness.

I see we share many of the same interests. I used to bake my bread with freshly milled grains. I had a mill and the whole works. There is nothing better than bread made that way. I no longer have access to the mill I am sad to say. I would love to invite you to join the new group I started called Environmental Zoo where you can share your concerns, solutions, ideas or anything else you would like to. I also would like to invite you to be my friend on this site.
