Hand Grinders and Chi Gong
I like using a hand grinder to grind my espresso beans. It's like Chi Gong (wax on, wax off), it makes a fine grind and it gives me something to do while the ancient espresso machine warms up.

It takes 300 revolutions to grind a hopper full of beans in the Hario.
