Can I wear a motorcycle helmet on a bicycle? I have a motorcycle helmet can I use it? It is legal or not?

I think that’s a fine idea. A motorcycle helmet may be a little heavy. A full face helmet that protects your mouth and especially your teeth is a great idea. They make them for bicycles. White is best if it’s hot outside. It’s also good idea to wear padded gloves. That’s because when you fall, you instinctively extend your arms and your hands risk nerve damage. Toe clips or clip ons? I just use flat pedals. I never could get used to clip on pedals.
